How to test your booking link

A test booking is a real booking: until you cancel it, no client can book that time. If the booked time passes before you cancel, the test lead can't be deleted.
Before you start, make sure your firm's consultation hours are saved.
How to set your consultation hoursBook a test consultation
- Select Add lead, and enter your name and email address.
- Select a Case type, if none is selected.
- Under How do you want to start?, select Send a booking link, then Add lead and send booking link.
- In the email you receive, select the choose a time link. On the booking page that opens, pick a time and select Confirm.
- Go to the test lead's page from Leads.
The lead's status is now Consultation Scheduled, and the activity log shows "Booking link sent" and "Consultation scheduled".
Delete the test lead
- Cancel the booking from the confirmation email you received when you booked.
- Go to the test lead's page from Leads. Its status is back to New Lead.
- Select ⋯ at the top of the page, then Delete lead, and confirm.
