Inquiries from your website are saved as leads in your dashboard, and a reply from your firm goes out automatically. Use Initio’s inquiry form, or connect the form you already have. Add it when you sign up, or later from Settings.

Common questions.

Can we add or remove Inquiry response later?
Yes. The firm owner can add it at any time from Settings, and it’s charged right away, prorated for the rest of the cycle. A removal takes effect at the end of the cycle you’ve paid for.
Do client payments go into our own trust account?
Yes. Client payments go into the IOLTA trust account your firm already has. You connect that account to Confido Legal during onboarding, and Confido Legal processes each payment into it.
What happens when I add or remove an attorney mid-cycle?
A seat is added when the attorney activates their account, not when you invite them, and the charge is prorated. When you deactivate an attorney, the unused portion is credited against your next invoice.
When does billing start?
At checkout during signup. Your first month is charged then, and your plan renews on the same day each month.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the cycle you’ve paid for. Your data is then kept for 30 days, and we can export it on request. After that it’s scheduled for deletion.
Which states does Initio support?
Oregon, Washington, and Idaho today. Firms elsewhere can join the waitlist during signup.
