Everyone at the firm

A lead's payment status is on its page, in Financial under Payment status. On a phone, it's under Payment on the Overview tab.

Payment statuses

Not received yet

The payment link went out with the fee agreement, and no payment has been made yet.

Processing

A payment has been made and is on its way to your firm's trust account. A payment from a bank account can take days to arrive. The status changes to Paid when it does.

On hold

A payment has been made, but Confido Legal is holding it, so the money isn't in your firm's trust account yet. The status changes when Confido Legal takes the next step.

The money is in your firm's trust account. The date beside the status is the day it was paid.

Returned

The bank returned the payment, so the money isn't in your firm's trust account. Check the payment in your firm's Confido Legal account.

Charged back

The person who paid disputed the payment, and it was reversed. Check the payment in your firm's Confido Legal account.

Voided

The payment was canceled before it reached your firm's trust account. Check the payment in your firm's Confido Legal account.

Refunded

Your firm refunded the payment in Confido Legal. Check the refund in your firm's Confido Legal account.

Partially refunded

Your firm refunded part of the payment in Confido Legal. Check how much was refunded in your firm's Confido Legal account.

Processor error

The payment failed at Confido Legal, so no money reached your firm's trust account. Check the payment in your firm's Confido Legal account.
