How to refer a firm

   Next to your referral link, select Copy.

   Send the link to the firm.

A firm counts as your referral when it signs up and pays through your link. There's no code for them to type in. The firm you refer gets no discount.

Once the firm signs up, it's listed under "Your referrals" on the same page, with the status "Signed up".

You earn a free month when the firm you referred pays its first renewal, about a month after it signs up.

The free month is 100% off your next invoice, including Inquiry response if you have it. It's applied automatically.

You can earn up to 12 free months in any 12-month period.

If another free month or a discount is already on your subscription, your new free month is applied once that one ends.

"Your referrals" lists each firm you've referred, with the date it signed up and one of these statuses:

• "Signed up": the firm has signed up through your link, and hasn't paid its first renewal yet.
• "Earned — queued": you've earned a free month, and it's waiting to be applied.
• "Month free applied", followed by a date: your free month has been applied.
