How to restart your subscription

If your firm's subscription has ended, you can restart it from the dashboard. Your dashboard, its data and every account come back as they were if you restart within 30 days of the date the subscription ended.
Restart your subscription
- Select Restart subscription on the page you see in place of your dashboard. Or go to AccountSubscription and select Reactivate subscription.
- In "Restart your subscription", select Continue to checkout.
Checkout charges a full month for the same number of seats as before. Once the charge succeeds, your dashboard is back.
